The Waterfront Partnership

Waterfront Edinburgh Ltd is part of the Edinburgh Waterfront Development Partnership.

This brings together the main public and private sector stakeholders to regenerate an area of 350 hectares of former industrial and port land to create and deliver the visions of a new urban quarter for the city in Granton and Leith.

The Patnership was set up in 2006 to promote and support a collaborative and co-ordinated approach to deliver what is the biggest single expansion of the City, the main objective of the Partnership is to address and find practical solutions to the significant challenges in respect of regeneration, infrastructure including transport, and creating new sustainable communities.
